Ordered these for my sister's remote birthday celebration. Ordering process was simple, got an email confirmation after purchase, and email confirmation on delivery. My sister liked the flowers and I guess that's all that matters!

I'm a long-term, local repeat customer, and have always been happy with my experience with Flowerman. This time I ordered from the online catalog and the arrangement was fresh and faithful to the photo on the website. I must say, though, that in previous experiences I had simply called up or visited and discussed a price range and general type of flowers, and left it to Flowerman to create the arrangement, and I have always been pleasantly surprised and that's what I may continue to do in the future.

The Flowerman always delivers beautiful arrangements as ordered and very timely as expected.
